It was confirmed in May, 16th, 2018 by the decision #6-38/2018 of XXXVIII city council session of VII convocation. The square panel consists of two equal vertical stripes - staff green and free blue, in the bottom goes white wavy stripe of 1/6 of the flag width. On the staff stripe is yellow pyramid from blocks of peat, three, two and one, above which is a red fire with a yellow border. On the free stripe beats up a white water fountain.
