The emblem of the russian period

The project of the first emblem of the Russian period was a per fess shield. In the upper part of it there was Volyns'ka emblem in or field. In the lower part there was a picture of the gules field with a crowned statant maiden in a boat holding one wreath in each hand over towers. The wreath and the crown are or, the maiden, the boat and the towers are argent. The water is azure and the maiden's face is rosy. It was not confirmed.
