It was confirmed in July, 9th, 1998 by the decision #2 of village council session. Per fess by barrulet Gules with Greek ornament Or. First Azure; head of bull transfixed by knife Or. Second Vert; arched ears Or in saltire, accompanied in top by data "1779" Or.
Terracota fess with meandr (Greek ornamental pattern) directs that Kostyantynopol' was founded by the Greek settlers. The name was received from capital of Byzantium by the large offering (double hecatomb - victim from two hundgules bulls). Head of bull and vert colour mean agriculture with a specialization on cultivation of grain crops and animal industries. Besides, the vert means hope, revival, abundance, and azure maens the character of a fidelity, beauty, honour, raised rushes, those qualities. Data "1779" show a year of the foundation.
