The modern emblem

It was confirmed in October, 22nd, 1998 by the decision #3 of village council session.

Per fess by barrulet Gules with Greek ornamental pattern (meandr) Or. First Azure; flying pigeon Argent. Second Vert; embowed ears Or in saltire, accompanied by data "1779" Or.
Ulakly was founded by the Greek settlers in a 1779 and now Greek community constitutes the majority of the inhabitants of village.
Basic kind of activity of the inhabitants of village is the agriculture and, first of all, cultivation of grain crops, that show ears.
The flying pigeon mean hopes.
The primary colors mean:
- vert - not only agriculture, but character of hope, revival, abundance;
- azure - fidelity, beauty, honour, raised aspiration.
