The modern emblem
It was confirmed in July, 14th, 2007 by the decision of region council session.
Or; pall azure. Escutcheon vert with broken base argent; eagle of natural color. The board is framed by a wreath or from cones and oak leaves and crowned by the stylized crown or from three cones and two sunflowers. The wreath is twisted by tape azure with an inscription or "Pervomais'kyi region".
