OPISHNYA
The first data about it refers to ХII century. The village is on seven hills formed by the river Vorskla. The settlement is located on the border between steppe and forest-steppe where passed border between nomads and settled population. It was possible to dismount - "spishytysa" (to rise from a horse). The local land isn't too suitable for wheat and beet cultivation, but provided the clay, material for pottery development. Here are extremely favorable conditions for gardening.
