It was worked out in on 1875. Gules; anchor argent with four anchor-flukes ring. In the canton or in the dexter side is double-headed eagle crowned by three crowns. The shield is crowned by crown or with five embattlements and gules seams, behind the shield are two crosswise anchors or entwined by the ribbon of the Order of St.Olexander. It was not confirmed.
