LUBENS'KYI REGION

LUBNY

For the first time it was mentioned in 1107.
In January 1591 king Sigizmund III granted the Magdeburg Right, a seal and an emblem with a picture of arm with a dagger and a bear's head in base.
Since 1658 it was a regimental city.
