It was confirmed in September, 18th, 2015 by the decision #6 of L village council session of VI convocation. Or with chief Vert in fir twig and wavy base Azure; issuing masoned castle Gules with three towers, the middle of which is higher; on each tower is window-battlement Argent. Shield is entered into the decorative cartouche and crowned by village crown Or. At the bottom of the cartouche is inscription "VARVAROVKA." The authors are V.Konchenko, N.Kravchenko, V.Kyrylyuk, V.Napytkin, A.Hrechylo.
Stone castle with battlements is historic building where lived Barbara. Wavy base means Horyn' river, because Varvarivka is located on the banks of it, fir twig chief is a symbol of the dense pine forests, among which is the village. Crown means the status of the village.
