It was confirmed in March, 14th, 2018 by the decision of village council session. Per fess. First Azure; pattern from four Trypillian infinity Gules in circle Argent. Second masoned by rectangles Or and Argent; eight-ray star Gules. Shield is entered into the decorative cartouche Or and crowned by village crown Or.
Trypillian pattern is a symbol of the ancient history of the settlement of these places; the circle ("shar") simultaneously hints at the name of the settlement. The masoned part is a symbol of the ancient castle; star is the symbol of the Virgin, on the rectangles-bricks it means the Pokrova church-fortress. The crocheting of argent and gold rectangles is a hint of the Pretvych family emblem "Vchele".
