The flag

It was confirmed in May, 16th, 2018 by the decision #9-38/2018 of XXXVIII city council session of VII convocation.

The square panel consists of two equal horizontal wavy stripes - red, masoned by black, and white. In the center of the top stripe is the white head of the sheep, in the staff top corner is yellow circle, in the free top corner is yelloe jug. In the center of the bottom stripe is a red vertical anchor, on the sides of which are black vertical torches with a yellow flame with a red border.
