It was confirmed in June, 15th, 2018 by the decision #10 of XXVI village council session of VII convocation. Azure; embowed twisted point Gules charged by hexagonal star Gules, accompanied in the chief by two alder leaves Or. Shield is entered into the decorative cartouche Or and crowned by village crown Or. Below the cartouche is the inscription "VIL'KHOVETS'".
The alder ("vil'kha") leaves mean the modern name of the village, a twisted triangle and a hexagonal star are elements of the Order of the Carmelites emblem and resemble the original name of the settlement - the Carmality. The authors are V.Napytkin, C.Bohatov. Image on site V.Napytkin, C.Bohatov.
