It was confirmed in August, 15th, 2006 by the decision of region council session. Azure with fess Argent; circle Or, on it stork Argent with outstretched wings, on fess three eight-pointed stars Gules, divided by rhombus. Above the shield masoned crown Or. On each side shield is framed by wheat ears, oak branches with leaves and clusters of viburnum Or, which are covered by ribbon Gules with inscription Or "Man'kivs'kyi region."
