Azure; embowed point reversed Gules with bordure Or charged by vine Or, over which amphora Or, accompanied on the sides by dolphins natural color. In the chief Or flame Azure emitting rays charged in base by narrow wavy barrulet Azure. The shield is framed by cartouche with ears Or, grapevine Vert and viburnum, and crowned by territorial сrown Argent. On ribbon Azure inscription "Crimea, Chornomors'kyi region."
