Formy cross symbolizes the first settlers, part of the First Myrhorod Cossack squadron. Viburnum is a symbol of the Motherland. Lira is emblem of creative inspiration, poetry, art and education, because village was one of the centers of Ukrainian culture in the first quarter of the XIX century.
