It was confirmed in November, 3d, 2017 by the decision #2-16/2017 of village council session. Per fess by abaised fess Argent. On first Azure disperse seven willow branches Or with buds Argent, the shorter middle in pale, above it sun Or with sixteen rays. Second Gules, masoned by Argent. Shield is entered into the decorative cartouche Or and crowned by village crown Or. At the bottom of the cartouche is the inscription "SKIPTSHE" and the date "1493".
