It was confirmed in October, 17th, 2018 by the decision #2-47/2018 of XLVII city council session of VII convocation. Argent with wavy base Azure; house Gules with windows Or, accompanied in the chief by heraldic rose Gules with leaves Vert and middle Or. The shield is inscribed in a decorative cartouche and is crowned by village crown Or. At the bottom of the cartouche is the inscription "HONORIVKA".
A house near the water, accompanied by a flower, is a symbol of the legend about the daughter of a landowner, in whose honor the village was named. The authors are C.Bohatov, V.Napytkin. Image on site C.Bohatov, V.Napytkin.
