It was confirmed in July, 18th, 2018 by the decision #646 of XXXIV city council session of VIII convocation. Per fess by meander fillet Or. Gules; a horseman in knight armor Argent on a horse Argent with a raised sword and shield Gules on which six-beam cross Argent. Vert; two strained Scythian bows with arrows Or in bend and bend sinister, with strings to each other. The emblem is inscribed in a decorative cartouche Or and crowned by village crown Or. At the bottom of the cartouche is the inscription "NEMENKA".
The Greek meander means P.Nishchyns'kyi - composer, poet, translator from the ancient Greek language who lived in village.
