It was confirmed in September, 27th, 2002 by the decision of region council session. A green rectangular panel with a sides ratio as 2:3 consists five horizontal strips - green, white, dark blue, white and green (ratio of their width is 5:1:3:1:5), in the centre is a yellow deer in a jump. In the top corner on distance of 1/8 flag width (or 1/12 its lengths) from a staff is the yellow flower (by diameter in 1/4 width of a flag). The author is A.Hrechylo. Image on site V.Napytkin.
