VYSOC'K

The first mentions about "city of Vysochko" were dated at 1005. Prince Jury Gol'shans'ky builds here the castle at 1537. In second half of XVI century city and the castle pass to princes Solomerets'ky, from middle of XVII century it belongs to Kashocs'ky, Gedroicy, and from 1664 - the hetman of Right-bank Ukraine Pavlo Teterya. Vysoc'k in XVIII century up to 1773 belonged to Jesuits. An old emblem of city to find out it was not possible.
