Crest: argent rising eagle on the three-coloured wreath (or, azure, gules).
Mantle: azure and gules, padded by or.
Supporters: two or lions with gules tongues. Dexter holds yellow pendant, on which is gules rose. Sinister holds dark blue pendant, on which are two or six-beam facetted stars (side by side).
Motto: "BY MIND. BY WORK. BY DILIGENCE." - by or letters on the gules tape.
