The flag
It was confirmed in November, 23d, 2007 by the decision of region council session.
It is rectangular red panel with sides parity 2:3, on it is direct cross from yellow mace and sable edges to staff; from staff goes vertical yellow strip with black Trypillya ornamental. The width of cross is equal to 2/3, staff strip is equal to 1/6 of flag length.
